Sergei heads our Energy and Natural Resources practice. Sergei specialises in M&A, JVs and investments. His experience includes advising major international oil and gas and mining companies and financial institutions on upstream, midstream and downstream projects in Russia, Western Europe and the Middle East.
Sergei studied at Harvard Law School and MGIMO. He worked at Freshfields from 1997 to 2022. Sergei speaks Russian and English.
