What we do
We provide English, Russian, ADGM and DIFC legal and strategic advice across the Middle East, CIS, Asia and Africa. We focus on structuring, regulatory and transactional advice, and frequently work with clients and our strategic partners on matters such as tax, antitrust, local legal and corporate affairs and filings, and dispute resolution mandates.
We have a particular focus on the private capital sector, working with institutional, corporate and private clients across their structuring, fund raising, asset management, financing and investment transactions. We also have extensive experience in sectors such as energy and natural resources, TMT, banking and finance, pharmaceuticals, education and FMCG.
We advise on all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, privatisations, and corporate restructuring. We also assist clients in connection with corporate governance matters, including capital changes and share issues.
